One of Perth’s leading recruitment agencies, Sense, has launched its new Executive Search Division; Sense Executive. Sense is excited to bring the brand to life in answer to increased demand for a high-touch search experience from the Executive domain in Perth and beyond.
Over 20 years of experience in building businesses and careers
Recruitment Director, Anita Pages-Oliver will be spearheading the new division. Anita brings with her over 20 years’ of experience in consulting to the senior market with a track record of excellence in building relationships, businesses and careers, to which the 10-year success story that is Sense Recruitment is attributed.
Anita said,: “For many years Sense has been an industry leader, acknowledged for the quality of service across specialist areas including IT & Technology, Digital & Sales and Marketing; this new division will enable the expansion of our brand as we support clients both new and established with executive appointments across their leadership and management functions. For some years now, we have been filling senior appointments for our clients across the C-suite, including CIO, COO, CTO and CMO roles.
We have had great successes at this level and the heartening feedback from our executive network has inspired us to take our brand and commended recruitment approach to the next level. Essentially, we will be doing what we’ve always done, and are confident that the way we engage with clients and candidates will enable us to significantly impact and create greater value for companies looking for quality leaders. Sense will be growing a dedicated team of executive consultants to really make our mark on the executive sphere.
Sense Executive will be headed from our Perth office, with Anita already partnering with clients to fulfil a number of assignments. We are excited to announce the appointment of another Executive Consultant in the coming weeks and will continue to invest in developing a specialist team to really ‘make a difference’.
